My friend

Day Eigthy-eight: I needed to talk to a friend. I called Lisa. We talked. She listened. She understood. She sympathisized. I was comforted.

Thank you, God, for friends. Thank you especially for my friend, Lisa.

She has been in my life since junior high. Our friendship was more of a mentorship then. Now we are peers, friends. She can talk to me too.

She has made a real impact in my life. I'm pretty sure my Christian walk would be drastically different had she not cared about me. And it all started because she took her relationship with Christ seriously and wanted to minister to others. She still does. She is good.

I am thankful that I can call her friend.

Thank you for putting Lisa in my life and me in hers. Please help me to be a blessing to her as she has been to me.
