I've been contemplating a post like this for a while. I'm not sure how I'll work it out, but the idea is to post about different things I like - mostly products we've bought or been given and are using to death because we love them. I like shorter posts and I'm long-winded, so I'll probably keep it to one item at a time. I think I'll start with baby products because, well, that's what I've been doing for about a year and a half and it takes most of my focus...plus these things are pretty new to me.
By the way, I like these things on all days, not just Thursdays. As I've mentioned before, I just really like the organization of assigning post topics to days of the week. I'm a structure person, it works for me.
I want to do this because I think it is interesting to see what people use or are loyal to and why. Further, I believe reflection is important. If I am committed to something, I should be able to explain why; it shows thoughtfulness behind my actions. I've also expressed before that there is a small number products that I buy in specific brandnames while most of the others I just buy in the least expensive format...coupons or generics.
That said, today, I think I'll start with something simple.
Yogurt. Baby yogurt.
We love Stoneyfield YoBaby Yogurt. We like the fruit mixtures and the 3 in 1 meals. Ariel loves them and had been eating them since she was about 8 months old. As she weaned from breastfeeding, she needed more dairy in her diet. She hated milk. Also, I've found that whole milk is hard to find for babies and YoBaby is a whole milk yogurt (which is also hard to find). I really like that she gets fruit and veggies from these yogurts, especially on days when she is being a finicky, picky toddler. They are also filling. Yo Baby tastes good and it is natural. They are slightly more expensive than generic yogurts, but what they offer makes it worth it to me. Plus, they have a rewards program and coupons that can make them more affordable.
