I especially liked her point about knowing ahead of time what you want as compensation for your loss - thinking it through first.

Political thoughts for a week full of politics - yeah, its healthcare stuff, so move on if you are beat with it this week... These were the only two on my blogroll this week (except one that was a poll about reader opinions). I thought they were interesting.
