Day Fifteen: Tonight we had church. We went to our friends' house and met with other believers. We ate dinner together, we talked, we laughed, we shared, we prayed, we communed, we worshiped. It was informal, it was friendly, it was cozy, it was challenging.
I am thankful that God created this community that we call the Church. I am blessed to be a part of this Body. As the Church, we can meet with God, we can help to carry one anothers' burdens, we can strengthen and be strengthen. Life isn't so lonely when you are part of the Church.
Thank you, God, for making us the Church. Thank you for showing us what She should look like in your Word. I love Her - I could love better though. Show me how to improve, please.
What's this about? I decided on my birthday to make a commitment to being intentionally thankful. I challenged myself to post one thing I am thankful for everyday this year.

i love this one and totally agree with it! i love the church community and last night was amazing :) i wish we had more opportunities to get together like that.
