Cold Feet

Day Eleven: It's a little thing today. I am thankful for slippers. Ironically, I haven't worn mine much this week, but I saw them this morning and thought "It's nice to have slippers. I'm grateful for these slippers." I figure the details should get some appreciation too.

We have tile in our bathroom and kitchen and it can get pretty chilly in the winter. I am always cold compared to most people, so slippers are awesome. This year I bought a pair since they are more practical given my line of work as a stay at home mommy. They do have rubber soles though for a quick run to the mailbox...or to Target as I have done. I have worn them out in the last 3 months.

Thank you, God, for little things, like slippers, that make life a little more comfortable and cozy at just the right times.
