Today I went grocery shopping for the month and planned all our meals. I think I'm only going to post this week though this time. One of my small goals for this year and blogging is to stop making book length posts. You may have noticed that I can get a little wordy in my posts...maybe you haven't. :) Meal planning really does help us out - mostly because I sometimes don't feel like cooking. If I have a plan, we will eat healthier. If I don't have a plan, we'll eat ramen noodles or other junk or not even really eat a "meal".
Breakfasts:
Cereal, Yogurt, Fruit, Oatmeal, Eggs, Toaster stuff
Lunches:
Leftovers, sandwiches, soups
Dinners:
Monday - Southwestern Stroganoff
Tuesday - Chicken Nuggets, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday - dinner at our meeting in VA
Thursday - Chicken marinated in italian dressing, brown rice, green beans
Friday - Ham sandwiches, Broccoli casserole
Saturday - Skyline Chili on spaghetti and hot dogs
Sunday - Chicken and broccoli stir fry
Have a good week!
