Meal Planning Monday 5/10-16

I'm planning to stick with planning for all three meals. It was a huge help last week. We ate better and I didn't feel nearly as stressed because I needed to do the planning before each and every meal. It makes this step more involved, but it is defnitely worth it.

Monday: Jason (eye doctor, dentist)
B- Bagels and Strawberry Jam
L- LO Brown Rice, Green Beans, and Yams
D-Spinach Pasta Bake (from freezer)

Tuesday: Remi
B-Oatmeal, fruit
L-LO Pasta Bake
D- Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Mashed Potatoes, Salad

Wednesday: Mom here, Me (eye doctor), Truck (yearly check up), VA stuff (meeting, small group)
B-Fruit and nuts and yogurt
L-out with mom??
D-@ meeting??

Thursday: Remi
B-Green Smoothies, Muffins
L- PB & J, carrot sticks
D-Chicken Chow Mein (from freezer), Rice

Friday:
B-Ham, Egg, Cheese Bagels
L-Bean Burritos, bananas
D-Three Cheese Baked Ziti (not sure if we'll add the spinach or not...double and freeze), Salad

Saturday: Va in evening??
B-Cereal, oranges
L-LO ziti
D- with Mom and Dad??

Sunday: Church
B- cereal, bacon, eggs
L- with Mom and Dad
D- Golden Chicken Enchiladas (doubled for freezer)
