Day One hundred forty: 30 day challenge. Day 17.

Passage. Proverbs 3:13-18. Wisdom.

Thoughts. The author points out that the passage begins and ends with "blessed." She asserts that wise, godly living is like that - beginning and ending with blessing. We should express a countenance of blessedness...and that includes thankfulness.

Thank you, God, for guidance about living from Your Word. Thank you for countless blessings in my life, but also for the peace I have in knowing You, for the happiness, contentment that is possible because of Your promises.

What's this about? I decided on my birthday to make a commitment to being intentionally thankful. I challenged myself to post one thing I am thankful for everyday this year.
